Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Temple, Texas. The role focuses on non-invasive cardiology echocardiography, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress studies, with 5x8 shifts and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM hours.

Requirements include 3+ years as Cardiac Sonographer, Level I Trauma experience, BLS (AHA), RDCS/RCS, and TX license if applicable. Travel position with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience as Cardiac Sonographer.
• Level I Trauma experience required.
• BLS certification (AHA only) required.
• RCS or RDCS certification required.
• Active TX license required if applicable.
• Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• 2 professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Non-invasive Cardiology department performing basic to advanced cardiac ultrasound procedures on adult patients.
• Procedures include transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms.
• Assists physicians in procedure rooms and operating rooms with echocardiograph studies during complex procedures.
• 5x8 shifts, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
