Job summary
Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Soldotna, Alaska. The role focuses on interventional cardiology and radiology procedures, with responsibilities in scrub, monitoring, patient prep, and documentation.
The position requires ARRT or RCIS eligibility, ARRT certification and BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a minimum of two years in diagnostic/interventional cath labs. Call coverage and weekend shifts may apply, with housing options and travel reimbursement
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of radiologic technology.
- At least 2 years' experience in diagnostic and/or interventional cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology lab.
- ARRT certification or RCIS exam eligibility at time of hire.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
- Clinical competence in basic cardiac physiology, 12-Lead EKG, monitoring, and radiographic equipment for cardiac care.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Perform scrub and hemodynamic monitoring duties and prepare patients.
- Maintain procedural documentation and EPIC charting; ensure adherence to standards.
