Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or RVT.
• ARDMS certification required prior to start.
• BLS required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Perform general or vascular ultrasound exams.
• Ensure physician order is received before exams.
• Review exams in PACS for quality and completeness.
• Complete paperwork and distribute exams for interpretation.
• Maintain room cleanliness and equipment; stock supplies.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during transport and positioning.
