Overview

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a contract with a top healthcare client. The role is a 13‑week travel assignment starting 23 March 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, competent, and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in the performance of invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues to address the patient’s physical, general, and psychosocial needs.
• Operate ancillary equipment, anticipate and obtain catheters, wires, and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
• Work under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
