Qualifications

• Current resume.
• State licensure in nursing or appropriate allied health field.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
• Two current clinical references.
• Physical within 12 months and TB skin test within 12 months.
• Vaccinations and titers as required.
• Pre-employment background and urine drug screening.
