Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab Travel Nurse to join a fast-paced cardiovascular surgical team in Columbia, SC. The RN will provide support to physicians during angiography and related interventions, monitor EKG equipment, and help with equipment maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS, and flexibility for 13-week assignments with 10-hour day shifts. Travel RN offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Travel RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex Cath Lab technologies and monitoring.
• Assist physicians during catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology procedures.
• Support with pacemaker/ICD implants as required.
• Maintain patient monitoring equipment and ensure patient safety.
