Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment in Rolla, Missouri. The RN will support cardiac catheterization procedures, pre-procedure prep, and post-procedure recovery, collaborating with cardiologists and cath lab teams.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Cath Lab RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to procedures, review medical history and perform exams.
• Assist in positioning and place EKG leads and monitors.
• Assist physicians during procedures with catheter/wire/device placements.
• Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment and respond to rhythm changes.
• Assist in sheath removal and transport to recovery area.
• Monitor vital signs and hemodynamic parameters during procedures.
• Support post-procedure recovery and care transitions.
• Maintain cath lab equipment and stock.
• Communicate effectively with team, patients, and physicians.
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
