American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Ocala, FL. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab and an active RN license. Position Overview

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Ocala, FL. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience and an active RCIS certification.

Assignment Overview

• Shift: Days, 3×12 hrs
• Hours: 36 hrs per week
• Start Date: May 11, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Openings: 1
• Schedule: Four 10‑hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with rotating weekday call and possible STEMI coverage float

Details

• Location: Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 labs
• Patient ratio: 3:1
• Procedures: right and left heart catheterization (diagnostic and interventional), peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Equipment: GE lab, Impella, balloon pump, Penumbra, IVUS
• Documentation system: Merge Hemo

Requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license required
• Certifications: RCIS, ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within 30 days of assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• EP experience is a plus
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Two professional references required for Florida placements
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Scrubs: facility‑provided or OR scrubs
• EP experience is considered an advanced skill and preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

Compensation

Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hrs per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
