Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Cortlandt Manor, New York.

As a Cath Lab RN, you will join a cardiovascular surgical team performing catheterizations, angioplasties and related procedures. This travel assignment runs for 13 weeks with 12-hour day shifts and an approximate 34.5 hours per week. ACLS/BLS are required and 1–2 years of acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS required; 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Support angioplasty, valvuloplasties and stent placements.
• Assist in implanting pacemakers and ICDs.
• Maintain EKG monitoring and operate cath lab equipment.
