Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Mississippi. The role requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and ACLS/BLS certifications; travel assignment features 40 hours per week in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.

The RN will support physicians during catheterizations, angioplasties, and pacemaker/ICD implant procedures, with emphasis on safety and patient care across all ages.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years recent acute care experience required.
• Cardiac Cath Lab knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies effectively.
• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization to diagnose or treat conditions.
• Assist with angioplasties, valvuloplasties, and stent placements.
• Help implant pacemakers and ICDs as needed.
