Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Henrico, Virginia. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and involves assisting during catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology in a cardiovascular surgical environment.

The Travel Cath Lab RN will work 10-hour days, 40 hours per week, on a 13-week assignment. Strong stress management, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
• Willing to travel for assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures (catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement).
• Monitor and maintain EKG equipment and patient status in Cath Lab.
• Learn and operate complex Cath Lab technologies and tools.
