Job summary

TotalMed RN is actively seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Travel Nurse in Augusta, Georgia. The role runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week on a 10-hour day shift, travel assignment status and immediate start.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience in a Cath Lab, and is ready to join a skilled cardiovascular surgical team handling angioplasty, catheterization and electrophysiology support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.
• Cardiac Cath Lab RN specialty.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies and assist physicians during cardiac procedures.
• Assist with cardiac catheterization, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Support implantation of pacemakers and ICDs.
• Maintain and monitor EKG equipment and patient status.
