Job summary

Compass Medical Provider, LLC seeks a detail-oriented PRN CAOHC Certified DOEHRS Specialist to support National Guard Hearing Conservation Programs across multiple sites nationwide, traveling as needed to conduct tests and enter data into the DOEHRS-HC system.

The role includes setting up equipment, ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and coordinating travel logistics, with short-term and recurring contracts throughout the year. Weekend availability may be required as scheduling demands arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CAOHC Certification required.
• Eligible for CAC/DoD system credentials.
• Experience with military or government agencies.
• Attention to detail and data management.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audiometric testing in DoD/NGB guidelines.
• Enter test data accurately into DOEHRS-HC and maintain database integrity.
• Set up, calibrate and maintain mobile audiometric equipment.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA and military compliance.
• Travel by air or ground to locations as scheduled for readiness events.
