Job summary

TotalMed RN in Boston, MA is seeking a Burn ICU travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment starting 10/11/2026, with 36 hours weekly and 12-hour rotating shifts.

As an ICU Travel Nurse, you will evaluate and monitor ICU patients, document and implement care plans, educate families, and coordinate with the care team. Requirements include 1-2 years acute care, BLS, ACLS, and possible additional certs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Additional certifications may be required before start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patients in an ICU setting.
• Provide direct care, document and implement care plans.
• Educate and support patient families.
• Perform bedside tasks and manage medications and diagnostics.
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment.
• Communicate patient conditions to family members.
