Job summary

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking dedicated personnel to travel from our Wurtland, KY office to service and maintain power generation plants across the region. The role includes training to handle explosive materials for boiler cleaning and advancing within a safety-first environment.

Eligible candidates should be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be prepared for on-call duties 24/7.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• No felony or family violence convictions.
• No DWI convictions in the last 5 years.
• Ability to lift 90 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and must live within an hour of Wurtland, KY office.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7.
• Pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to work outside in challenging conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and traverse stairs and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Travel to power generation sites as needed.
• Train and operate safely with explosive materials to perform boiler cleaning.
• Work in outdoor and industrial environments.
• Follow strict safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Skills
