Soliant is recruiting for a travel role focused on behavioral interventions for school-aged students near Princeton, TX. You’ll work on BIPs and FBAs, collaborating with ARD/IEP/RtI/504 teams to support diverse student needs.

This position offers premium pay starting at $30+ per hour, non-taxable stipends, travel support, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and 401(k). 37.5 hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Valid Texas teaching certification with SPED endorsements.
• Background in Special Education, social work, counseling, or similar fields.
• Experience as a school counselor, LPC, BCBA, or in psychology/social work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to support students’ needs.
• Actively participate in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings as a contributing team member.
• Deliver support for classroom and crisis intervention scenarios as necessary.
• Provide full-time commitment—37.5 hours weekly—to drive positive student outcomes.
