Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals™ is hiring a Behavioral Health RN for a night shift assignment in Des Moines. You will provide psychiatric nursing care across age groups in an inpatient setting within a hospital.

Active IA RN license or compact license is required, with 15+ months of psych experience and Epic EMR proficiency. Expect 40 hours weekly, with 13 weeks length and 1 opening. Some holidays and travel between Des Moines campuses are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 months of experience in psych/behavioral health.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Active IA RN license or compact/multistate license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients with major mental health illness and chronic behavioral challenges.
• Float across Des Moines campuses to like units and across age groups as needed.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation.
