Qualifications

• Minimum five years in construction or industrial environments.
• Five years in rigging, crane operation, lift planning or related activities.
• Leadership or training experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Background checks and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training services at various locations, including travel assignments.
• Prepare for programs through self-study of training materials and mastering new content.
• Work flexible hours and days to accommodate schedules.
• Communicate with clients to confirm details, address concerns, and ensure clarity.
• Coordinate with sales and other instructors to gather information and ensure smooth execution.
