Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an LPN (Float) to join a dedicated team and travel among Benedictine communities within the region, delivering compassionate, high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

You will perform initial resident assessments, apply Relationship Based Care principles, and travel to designated facilities as needed. A current state LPN license, ability to read/write English, and clinical experience are preferred for this challenging yet rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care under RN supervision across Benedictine communities.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
