Responsibilities

• Research and recommend vacation destinations.
• Plan and arrange tours, packages, activities, and excursions.
• Prepare quotes and review details with clients.
• Close bookings and process reservations.
• Create social media content and marketing flyers.
• Attend daily training sessions and webinars.
• Complete certification training and earn specializations.
• Book domestic and international travel including hotels, flights, cruises, car rentals, activities, and event tickets.
• Create itineraries and invoices.
• Follow up with clients and prepare them for travel.
