• Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, tours, flights, hotels, and other travel experiences.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Recommend destinations, travel packages, and experiences based on client interests.
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and industry updates.
• Meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve travel questions and provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after trips.
• Create memorable experiences that keep clients coming back.
