Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Hamilton, Montana. The role requires evaluating, planning, and implementing patient care in an acute setting, with a 12-hour day shift and 36 hours per week across 12-week duration.

The PT will supervise support staff, handle documentation, and coordinate with facility physicians to ensure effective care. BLS and state licensing are required; new grads are welcome with appropriate credentials.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months accepted for exceptional candidates.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-based plan of care.
• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for patients.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely documentation following state/insurance guidelines.
