Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to deliver patient care in an acute setting. You will evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans for diverse populations, and supervise PTAs and support staff.

Responsibilities include billing within facility guidelines, collaborating with medical staff to ensure coordinated care, adjusting plans as patients progress, and documenting per guidelines using medical computer systems.

Qualifications

• Valid state license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement individualized plans of care.
• Oversee and supervise PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within facility guidelines and ensure compliance with PT board regulations.
• Collaborate with medical personnel for coordinated care.
• Assess and modify treatment plans based on progress.
• Utilize medical computer systems for documentation and daily tasks.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation per guidelines.
