Job summary

Boketto Center in Michigan is seeking licensed trauma therapists to provide outpatient care to adolescents, adults, couples and families. You will be part of a dynamic, anti-racist, social-justice-minded team with strong administrative support to handle backend tasks.

We offer advanced trauma training, supervision/consultation, a supportive community, and opportunities to diversify income through workshops and groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
• Active, unrestricted license in Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual clinical counseling to Boketto Center patients.
• Maintain timely attendance and arrive on time.
• Coordinate with patient treatment teams and ensure care continuity.
• Complete accurate documentation: intake, progress, treatment plans, termination notes and contract notes.
• Adhere to insurance contracts including documentation timelines and quarterly coordination with PCP.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
• Build and maintain caseload with marketing support and partnerships with marketing team.
• Stay updated on clinical industry changes and ensure ongoing professional development.
• Deliver trauma-informed care and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Engage in self-care and participate in supervision/consultation.
