Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health field and at least two years of experience with trauma-related care. This position integrates flexible hybrid delivery to optimize accessibility to mental healthcare for first responders.

Qualifications

• Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice is non-negotiable.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience providing direct clinical care.
• History of working successfully with trauma, military, or first-responder populations.
• Specialized training or certification in trauma-focused therapies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy for PTSD and trauma.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide routine clinical care and immediate crisis intervention.
