Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC seeks a part-time Physician for general surgery and acute care at a tertiary hospital in Longview, WA. The role covers Level 3 trauma, rounding, admissions, and inpatient care with both restricted and unrestricted call shifts, at 0.5 FTE.

Base pay ranges from $1,672 to $1,976 per hour. Actual compensation varies by location and experience; contract extensions are possible and scheduling includes 12-hour shifts with 24-hour call shifts.

Qualifications

• Clinical proficiency in general surgery and acute care.
• Experience with Level 3 trauma cases and inpatient management.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and engage in rounding and admissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create care plans for general or acute surgical patients.
• Provide expertise in Level 3 trauma procedures.
