Job summary

Intermountain Health in Utah seeks a Trauma Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary team at Intermountain Medical Center and LDS Hospital in the Salt Lake Valley. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• ABMS board certification or eligibility in Trauma Surgery
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health credentialing process
• Visa sponsorship not accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency general surgery and trauma coverage as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver 24/7 trauma coverage including trauma floor, ED, and ICU shifts as scheduled
• Supervise EM and General Surgery residents, medical students, NP and PA students
