Skilled Wound Care in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Trauma Surgeon to join a no-call, Monday–Friday role with opportunities in wound care leadership across skilled nursing facilities. This position supports surgeons who want to step away from in-house call while maintaining surgical skills and patient relationships.

Full-time or part-time employment is available, with a clear path to predictable hours, clinical autonomy, and performance-based bonuses.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state (or eligible).
• DEA license or eligible to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience required; training provided.

• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols

Trauma Surgeon Salary & Compensation

• Average Annual Earnings: 200,000–250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Trauma Surgeon Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Trauma and Acute Care Surgeons and surgeons of all backgrounds, as well as Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
