WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals is seeking a Trauma Research Coordinator to promote quality trauma care by coordinating research and education across adult and pediatric trauma services. You will work with the Trauma Research Director and team to advance trauma research at the Jon Michael Moore Trauma Center.

The role involves coordinating studies, preparing IRB submissions, and supporting multi-center trials with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Science, Healthcare, Public Health, Epidemiology or related field.
• ACRP-CP or CCRC certification through ACRP or within three years of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Assist researchers with access to software and systems to facilitate research.
• Coordinate site monitoring visits with study sponsors and regulatory personnel.
• Prepare IRB protocols, maintain study documentation, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate annual trauma center research grants and review processes.
• Assist in enrollment and obtain informed consent.
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting for IRB and regulatory reporting.
