Responsabilités

Provide specialized, evidence-based care to acutely ill and injured patients in a progressive care/step-down setting.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage complex trauma and medical conditions.
Monitor telemetry and hemodynamics, administer medications and therapies.
Respond quickly to emergencies and intervene as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on care and support safe transitions of care.
