Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid position at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. The hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm with some flexibility. 3 days on site & 2 days remote. Days on site align with PI meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare or clinical background.

Summary: Responsible for leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient safety, optimize healthcare delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Proficiency in using quality improvement tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to lead training sessions and workshops for staff on quality improvement concepts.
