The candidate will actively strive for excellence in outcomes and patient experience through participation in quality improvement processes. Our trauma surgeons must express a passion for the education of varied learners, advancement of the field of surgical critical care, and promotion of DEI initiatives and research. Academic rank granted as commensurate with experience by the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Hackensack University Medical Center’s Trauma Center provides the highest level of trauma care to critically ill or injured patients and serves as a state-wide resource.

The final compensation and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $399,831.
