Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Orthopedic Surgeon to join their high-performing orthopedic team at Tacoma General Hospital. This role emphasizes a mix of orthopedic trauma and elective adult joint reconstruction practice. Candidates must be board certified and have an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship or extensive trauma surgery experience.

In this role, you will evaluate patients, perform surgeries, and guide recovery strategies while working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible at time of employment.
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
• Perform surgical procedures including joint replacements.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Skills

Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship or substantial experience

Board certified/eligible

BLS certification

Experience in complex trauma surgery

Education

Licensed in the state of WA
