Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or eligible at the time of employment.
• Licensed in the state of WA.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures including joint replacements and fracture repairs.
• Educate patients about treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
