Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ENPC must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• PALS/PA life support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• TNCC must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license and a higher credential (CCRN/TCRN/CEN) must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
