Ideal candidates hold ACNP or PA-C certification, CA licensure, and trauma/acute care experience, with ATLS preferred. Compensation ranges hourly and annually, with CME allowance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current ACNP or PA-C certification with trauma/acute care experience.
• Active state licensure or eligibility in California.
• ATLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients
• Manage non-surgical trauma admissions, consultations, and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with trauma surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and ancillary services
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Perform procedures within scope of practice
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning
• Provide patient and family education
