Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital seeks a Trauma Medical Director to lead an established trauma program at Trident Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center. The role requires board certification in General Surgery with Surgical Critical Care credentials and active ATLS instruction status.

Candidates should have prior Trauma Medical Director experience, regional exposure, and a current/obtainable SC license with no licensure restrictions, plus active DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in General Surgery with Added Qualifications in Surgical Critical Care.
• Be a current ATLS instructor.
• Have previous Trauma Medical Director (Associate or Full) experience with state and regional exposure.
• Have a current, or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in South Carolina - not subject to any restrictions, probationary terms or conditions.
