Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle. The role operates on a 7am–7pm schedule, with a level 2 trauma center environment and a focus on patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Georgia required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifespan using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff.
• Patient ratios depend on volume and acuity; adjustments may be needed.
