Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification from a national organization.
• Current state driver’s license.
• Bachelor's Level Degree in a related human service field.
• Ability to meet state background check and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document students' progress across vocational, educational, work, and leisure activities.
• Conduct intake and program orientation procedures for new students.
• Hold Treatment Team Meetings with each student on a bi‑weekly basis.
• Complete required Performance Plans and transition plans within stated timeframes.
• Assist with coordinating emergency procedures and incident documentation.
