Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking Youth Care Professionals for the Mille Lacs agency in Onamia, MN. You will provide supervision of client activities according to trauma-informed guidelines and work as part of a team on treatment plans to support youth ages 10-19 with mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed, family-centered approach to youth care.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Handle With Care exam/training is required for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client daily activities and behavior per trauma-informed guidelines.
• Collaborate with coworkers to implement treatment plans and services.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Assist transportation for home visits, appointments, and activities.
• Engage with families to reinforce positive partnerships using established protocols.
