Job summary

Center For Family Services in Cumberland County, NJ is seeking a Transportation/Visitation Support Worker to transport children and parents to visitation sites, supervise visits, and document encounters while ensuring safety and smooth operations.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of relevant experience with children/families, and a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record. A $500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children and families, particularly families involved with the child welfare system and/ or affected by trauma.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and/or parents to visitation locations; ensure passenger safety and maintain vehicle.
• Supervise visits, as needed; document transportation encounters and visits.
• Communicate with visitation specialists, parents, resource parents, and children.
