Actually Connect Counseling in Pleasant Grove, UT is hiring a full-time therapist for our office. We seek a fully-licensed or licensure-aspiring clinician with trauma training and an attachment-focused approach.

The role involves treating children, teens, adults and couples, with telehealth options now and in-person later. Flexible hours, team environment and ongoing supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified individuals who are CSW or ACMHC; fully licensed professionals welcome.
• Willingness to train in EMDR, CBT, EFT and other modalities.
• Caseload will grow quickly to full-time.
• Attendance at staff meetings is required.
• Flexible hours; create your own schedule.
• Telehealth only until July, then in-person and telehealth options available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual clinical therapy (no group therapy).
• Meet patient needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of paperwork.
• Carry a caseload of 25-28 clients per week.
• Attend weekly meetings including training and staffing time.
• Attend weekly supervision.
• Grow clinical skills through personal development goals and training.
