Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field is required.
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, PhD, etc.) is required.
• Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group therapy, crisis support, and trauma-informed care to police, fire, EMS, and other agency personnel.
• Use evidence-based modalities to guide recovery and resilience.
• Maintain clear and confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate across agencies and disciplines to support comprehensive care.
