Job summary

Hope Network seeks a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to provide trauma-informed, person-centered care for adults with mental health and co-occurring needs. The role includes completing psychiatric assessments, administering and monitoring psychotropic medications, responding to crises with de-escalation techniques, and coordinating individualized care plans.

You will collaborate with therapists, physicians, and support staff, engage families when appropriate, and maintain accurate EHR documentation

Qualifications

• Provide trauma-informed, person-centered psychiatric care for adults with mental health and co-occurring needs.
• Assess and monitor psychiatric conditions and treatment plans.
• Administer and monitor psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Engage families when appropriate and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
