Qualifications

• Current CRNP Certification required.
• Current DEA registration.
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license.
• Successful passing of Child Abuse and FBI Clearances.
• Experience with patient-centered, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Take patient’s medical history
• Update charts and patient information to show current findings and treatments
• Order tests for nurses or other staff to perform
• Review test results to identify abnormal findings
• Recommend and design a plan of treatment
• Address patient questions about health and well-being
• Discuss nutrition and hygiene to support health
