Job summary

Gladney Center for Adoption seeks a Residential Coordinator to support teen girls in a trauma-informed, structured environment. The role includes managing daily routines, meals, transportation, and supervision during the 6 PM–6 AM shift.

You will help youth with goals, self-regulation, and safety while upholding licensing standards. Responsibilities include medication logs, documentation, and collaboration with the program team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license; able to drive at night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Teams.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Trauma-informed care knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for teenage girls.
• Assist youth with treatment goals, homework, self-regulation, and hygiene plans.
• Facilitate daily schedules, ensure follow-through, and support task completion.
• Supervise meals; assist with menus and grocery shopping.
• Transport youth to school, appointments, activities, and outings.
• Adhere to 24-hour awake supervision requirements and document shifts.
• Dispense medication and maintain accurate logs.
• Maintain living environment and report maintenance needs.
• Apply trauma-informed approach to all work with youth.
• Perform additional duties to support organizational goals.
