Nourishing Hope in Chicago seeks a Mental Wellness Therapist to support outpatient services, client outreach, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. You will coordinate with neighbors, volunteers, staff, and partners to ensure dignified, trauma-informed care across programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and service excellence within a busy nonprofit setting at HQ with a hybrid work option. Requires MSW or counseling background and relevant clinical supervision plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• 1+ year experience working in a human services setting and engaged in direct client work.
• Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management and program execution to ensure high-quality mental wellness services.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy and outreach to clients remotely and in person.
• Maintain accurate case records in EHR (Azzly) and Salesforce, and support data tracking and reporting.
