Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Montana license as a therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in substance use, mental health, or co-occurring disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Document clinical progress accurately.

Skills

Evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR)

Clinical documentation skills

Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)

Education

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
