Job summary

Healing Springs Wellness Center is seeking a part-time, licensed clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy in a hybrid setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care under supervision, while maintaining a portion of billable hours evenings.

The role requires CT LMSW or LPCA licensure, at least one year of clinical experience (outpatient preferred), and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active CT LMSW or LPCA license in good standing.
• At least one year of clinical experience; outpatient experience preferred.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach and knowledge of trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Openness to feedback, ongoing learning, and holistic wellness approach.
• Reliable internet and private telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, trauma-informed therapy under clinical supervision.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly supervision and apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
• Maintain 18–20 billable hours weekly, including two evenings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support quality care and an inclusive team environment.
