Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) seeks a Family Therapist/Clinician to deliver culturally sensitive therapeutic services to students and their caregivers in Pike, NH. The role emphasizes EBPs, home-based and milieu settings, with a focus on building lasting therapeutic rapport and coordinating with the clinical team.

The position provides comprehensive assessment and treatment planning, documentation in Kaleidacare, and collaboration with Permanency Coordinators.

Qualifications

Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy required.
Minimum 1.5 years of counseling adolescents and/or families, including practicum and internship-based experience.
Experience with Evidenced Based Family Therapy modalities preferred but not required.
Must complete background check.

Responsibilities

Writing and presenting comprehensive assessments/case conceptualizations to faculty, referrals, families, and administration.
Facilitate individual and family treatment based on treatment plan, predominantly within the home or residential milieu.
Develop plan for professional licensure following NH Board of Mental Health Practice guidelines.
Maintain records for contract and state compliance.
Support crisis intervention within the milieu and the home.
